Expenses

For people who live and work outside London, accommodation is provided the night before the meeting at a hotel near the meeting venue.

• If you need a hotel room please request this when you register.
• If you register less than 2 weeks before the meeting a hotel room may not be available.

Travel costs can also be reimbursed up to £100.

• We will need a copy of a receipt or ticket to pay your claim.
• If you would like help with travel costs please indicate this when you register for the meeting.
• Travel costs over £100: contact the office to discuss this before you make your travel arrangements.

UK-CAB will, as far as possible, help with other reasonable costs necessary for members to attend UK-CAB meetings. We will require proof of the expense to pay your claim. Please contact the office to discuss this in advance.

UK-CAB would like to thank organisations who sponsor members' travel costs. This is a very helpful contribution.

UK-CAB cannot provide any funding for people travelling from outside England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.
