The forum index has three main parts:

• Your quick links
• A list of all the boards on the forum you can see
• The forum info centre

This shows your user name, personal picture (if you have chosen one) and links to your personal message centre, show new replies your own posts and show posts that you haven't read yet.

Tip: you can hide you quick links by clicking on the minus sign.

Select the plus sign to show your quick links again.

All the boards you can read or post in are listed on the forum index. These are divided into categories. Boards with new posts are highlighted on the left.

Tip: you can hide/show the boards in a category clicking on the minus/plus sign or the category title.

• The link to the board title (on the left) takes you to the board index which shows all the posts for that board.
• The first link on the right takes you to the newest post on the board, and the name link shows you the profile of the person who made this post.

This shows useful information about the forum (different members may sometimes be able to see different things).

Tip: you can show/hide the info centre using the minus/plus sign.
