If interested, contact directly at link above, as these posts do not represent their organisations but are selected for their expertise, experience of working with multidisciplinary and lay colleagues and their understanding of developing evidence-based public health recommendations for practice.

NICE's Patient and Public Involvement Programme (PPIP) is recruiting separately for ‘community´ members[1]. All members of the PHAC have equal status, which reflects the relevance and importance of their different expertise and experience. All PHAC members need to attend regular meetings and undertake background and preparatory reading.

Skills and experience
We are currently looking to recruit individuals with a range of core expertise such as:

•Health economics
•Public health practice and commissioning
•Epidemiology
•Statistics
•Health behaviour

Closing date 2nd Nov 2012
