Title: NHS Citizen - Event Dates for January 2014
Post by: Mark Platt on January 2 2014, 12:40 pm
NHS Citizen is a project working to explore ways of better connecting patient and citizen voice within the NHS in order to both inform and ultimately hold the NHS England board to account.

There is no fixed solution to how this will be achieved and the project is being developed with a series of regional and online events.  These events are designed to be highly co-productive and each of them contribute to the design and development process for the NHS Citizen programme.

You can find out more about the project and also previous events here:

At the event we will be providing an overview of the project to date and asking for participants to explore what this might mean locally for them.  We will also be focusing on specific issues or ideas from previous workshops.  If you have ideas you particularly want to cover then please let us know.

The next few events are detailed below and we really hope you can join us for one of these events:

1)      Birmingham        Wednesday 22nd Jan               The Muath Trust, Bordesley Centre, Stratford Road, Birmingham. B11 1AR
2)      Exeter:                 Thursday 30th Jan                      Exeter Community Centre, 17 St David's Hill EX4 3RG
3)      Sunderland         Friday 14th Jan                           Church St, Sunderland, Tyne and Wear SR4 0QD

If you are interested in any of the above events please email us back on stating which event you will like to attend. We will then send you further details and confirmation.

Best wishes for the festive season and a happy New Year
