HIV and Ageing Research Study

In 2010 Terrence Higgins Trust published groundbreaking research into what older people living with HIV across the UK think and want.  In 2016 we are repeating this research, working with older people living with HIV themselves as well as our Health Wealth and Happiness Project.

We are looking to hear about your experiences of growing older with HIV. Your views will help us in our lobbying of the UK government to make sure that the needs of older people living with HIV are met and help shape our future services.  If you are aged 50 years or older and living with HIV please be a part of this important research by clicking on the following link to complete our survey (

This research is being designed and implemented with the help and input of our team of peer researchers, all of whom are living with HIV and in their 50s and 60s.

Terrence Higgins Trust is always looking to ensure that the voices of people living with HIV are heard by decision makers and this informs all of the work that we do.  If you are interested in being interviewed or taking part in a workshop as part of the later stages of this research project please contact us at

We are also giving one person the chance to win a prize. By entering your email address at the end of this survey you'll also be taking part in a draw for a hamper of luxury goodies, including a Molton Brown bath set and many more designer products, all of which have been donated to us

Health, Wealth and Happiness is an innovative project that supports the financial, emotinoal and phsyical wellbeing of over 50s living with HIV.  For more information, please visit (
