Staying well and healthy if you’re over 50 and living with HIV
– a workshop exclusively for men or male identified at birth

Saturday I October in King's Cross, London 10.00 – 3.30, lunch and refreshments provided and it’s free to attend.

There are some specific health issues and risks associated with ageing with HIV and we aim to address the most important ones within this one day workshop.

We’ll also be looking at specific issues that affect men and combine that with the impact of ageing with HIV, the things you should be aware of, what to look for and how to look after yourself to stay healthy. It’ll cover what to expect from your clinic and the right questions to ask when you’re there. The focus will be on you being in charge of your own health.

This will be a safe space to enable you to talk as openly and freely as you wish about health matters that are important to you with lots of time for questions.

The Health Wealth and Happiness Project at Terrence Higgins Trust offers workshops, counselling, advice, support and social events for anyone over 50 living with HIV.

For further information or to book a place contact Adrian Beaumont, Health Wealth and Happiness London Coordinator at THT. All our events are free.
