Title: Men's Health Workshop for over 50s in London

Terrence Higgins Trust is offering a one day workshop for men aged 50 and over who are living with HIV in London.

When:  Saturday 10th February, 10.00am - 4.00pm
Where:  THT office, Acorn House, 314-320 Gray's Inn Road, London, WC1X 8DP

This workshop, facilitated by a nurse practitioner, will look at the specific health issues and risks associated with ageing with HIV, consider the general health implications for men as they get older and the things you should be aware of, what to look out for and how best to maintain your physical and emotional wellbeing. The focus is on you being in charge of your own health.  Lunch will be provided.

I attended the Friday night workshops before Christmas, and this is the workshops that had to be rescheduled. It's a great friendly group, and we all learned so much from each other as well as from the great nurse practitioner. I will be going and I hope as many of you who fit the criteria ( 50 plus Men living with HIV in London ) can join me. Simon
