Relaxation Course for the African Caribbean Community
Posted on: November 2 2010, 01:24 pm

Greetings, all.

I will be leading a two-day course for the African Caribbean Commmunity at the City Lit in London starting at the end of this month.  For more information, see http://www.citylit.ac.uk/courses/Psychology%2C_counselling_%26_personal_development/Personal_development/Relaxation_and_stress_relief_for_the_African_Caribbean_community/PG683.

The emphasis of this course is on finding creative solutions.  We will be addressing many areas of concern including, for example,

  • health
  • housing
  • money
  • jobs/employment
  • relationships.

I have helped hundreds of people with this work over the course of many years.

You can read an interview with me in the current issue of Mambo magazine, published by the Terrence Higgins Trust.  To get your free copies, go to:  http://mambo.org.uk/magazine/.  It will be available for download by the end of this week.

Please share this information with your networks.

Regards,
Zhana
