Research into patient engagement
Posted on: November 27 2013, 02:30 pm

Linda Oostendorp from the University of Hertforshire is undertaking research which involves developing a tool to help organisations to make patient engagement a reality. This entails seeking input from stakeholders across the sector through an online survey.

Linda writes:
“So far, mainly physicians and researchers have participated in this survey. We are keen to also find out the views of patient representatives, managers, policy makers, nurses, other health professionals, and administrative staff. We would be most grateful if you would be willing to participate in two rounds of 10-15 minute online surveys to share your perspective on organisational readiness for patient engagement”.

If you would be willing to help, please e-mail Linda at l.oostendorp@herts.ac.uk with a simple e-mail message saying ‘yes’. She will then be able to direct you to her survey instrument.

Thank You,

Thanks for the link, Mark; always useful to know people who are working in the same area too.
