Community Launch of patient-friendly 'Standards for Psych Support for PLHIV'
Posted on: January 2 2014, 11:46 am

The Standards for Psychological Support for Adults Living with HIV were published in 2011. The British Psychological Society awarded funding to the Faculty of HIV and Sexual Health to produce a service-user information pamphlet about these standards. This work was done in consultation with people living with HIV.

This event will describe the work done, and launch the service-user information leaflet.

The launch will take place in the Ian McKellan Hall at Lighthouse West London on January 7th, from 1.30-3.30pm.

All are welcome! Light refreshments will be served.

For further information and to book a place please contact Sarah Beadle: sarah.beadle@anglia.ac.uk

The original full version of the Standards are free to download here: http://www.bps.org.uk/standards-psychological-support-adults-living-hiv
