Posted on: November 18 2014, 01:32 pm

See request below from Antonia Street at Mediaplanet, please contact her directly if you are interested.
----------
The 2014 Communicable Diseases campaign will launch within the Independent as a multi-page print supplement as well as online at communicablediseases.co.uk on December 1st (World AIDS Day). I’m working very closely with the National AIDS Trust, Malaria No More and MSF on editorial content to produce informative advice and news. The campaign will also be distributed across the following channels:

-          Independent – readership 318, 000
-          www.communicablediseases.co.uk – dedicated campaign site launching on Dec 1st
-          Social media and websites of associations/organisations that we are working with (including IAVI and MMV, World AIDS Day sites) – 534, 000
-          Patient.co.uk’s website – 17 million views per month & Social media – 77, 000 (reaching 182, 000 health professionals every month)
-          Across 3500 clinics, healthcare centres and HIV and Hepatitis patient groups nationwide
-          At national events/conferences, including – 2014 Global Malaria Report launch by WHO & 2014 G-FINDER Report launch (both in the Houses of Parliament), World AIDS Day Conference, BHIVA Five Nations Conference on HIV and Hepatitis
-          Promotion by Richard Allen of the Mentor Initiative
-          MSF promoting the campaign – reach of 807, 640
-          Promotion by Dr Christian Jessen
-          Promotion by the Global Fund

I’m looking to get as many organisations involved in the campaign as possible – it’s a great opportunity to show commitment to the cause and promote the work that is done, helping to raise as much awareness as possible for such important causes. If someone is interested in getting involved, please give me a call as soon as possible on 07508 865529.

Warm wishes,
Antonia Street
