Positive Persons’ Forum 2015
Posted on: January 9 2015, 12:44 pm

The annual Positive Persons’ Forum for Scotland is being held in Glasgow on Saturday 21st February.

This free conference is open to anyone living with HIV in Scotland and is an opportunity for positive people to come together, to share ideas, experiences and challenges, and to set the agenda for change in Scotland for people living with HIV.  The day is a chance to hear about topics relevant to you, to meet and be inspired by other people living with HIV, and to unite your voices so they're heard right across the country by decision makers and service providers.
The forum is organised by a steering group consisting of up to 10 people living with HIV, with financial and administrative support from HIV Scotland.

Each year the views shared at the forum are collated into the Positive Persons’ Manifesto, which is a collective statement of some of the primary issues people with HIV in Scotland face and the changes they wish to see.  The current Positive Persons’ Manifesto can be seen here: http://www.hivscotland.com/living-with-hiv/positive-persons-forum/positive-persons-manifesto/
For more information on the day and how to sign up please go to http://www.hivscotland.com/living-with-hiv/positive-persons-forum/
