Apply now for travel grants and community registrations
The Union is pleased to offer a limited number of travel grants and/or conference registrations to attend the 46th Union World Conference on Lung Health. Full details regarding who is eligible and how to apply are on the conference website. Applicants from low- and middle-income countries will be given priority.

The deadline for online application is 7 September.

Travel grants for invited speakers and authors of accepted abstracts
Invited presenters of oral abstracts, symposia presentations and poster presentations who would be unable to attend the conference without financial assistance are eligible to apply.

Conference registration for affected communities/volunteers
The Union is also offering 100 free conference registrations to individuals affected by lung disease and/or volunteers working with these affected communities.

You can now browse sessions by topic, type or date to help you more easily find sessions of particular interest to you. Take a look at the 65 symposia, 13 post-graduate courses and 17 workshops on our website now.   

Additional conference sessions and events are being added to the site as they are confirmed. Be sure to check back regularly for more information.

Online requests for letters of invitation are open
Conference participants who need a letter of invitation for visa or administrative purposes may submit a request on our website now.

If you need a letter of invitation for your visa application, we recommend that you submit your request at least three months before the conference to ensure that your visa is delivered on time. The last date to request an invitation letter is 11 November.
