Dear UK CAB Members,

I just wanted to remind you that the positive patient group at Chelsea and Westmeinster Hospital are holding a meeting on living with HIV and Diabetes next Wednesday evening 6:00 - 8:00PM. The meeting is open to anyone living with HIV regardless of which clinic they attend for their treatment.

HIV and diabetes can be a difficult combination to live with as both conditions need careful management. The meeting will be a chance for you to ask questions about HIV and Diabetes treatments and to meet other people living with both conditions in a safe and friendly place.

Speakers and topics include:
“living with HIV and Diabetes a personal story“
George Rodgers: HAD Support

“Treatment as risk, future studies, genetic factors”
Dr Ana Milinkovic: Mortimer Market Centre

“Research and lifestyle changes“
Mr Alastair Duncan: St Thomas’s Hospital

“Drugs and treatments”
Kin Liu: ChelWest specialist pharmacy

Please can you promote this meeting though your individual networks and display the attached flyer as you feel is appropriate.
