Man given 2 years for infecting a woman with Hepatitis B

Reports today of a man being given a 2 year sentence for passing on hepatitis B. The newspaper reports say "knowingly infecting" but we assume they actually mean "recklessly infecting". It's been picked up by a lot of papers, this is the Times version.
