The negative health effects of smoking, alcohol and drugs are well documented. When an individual is living with HIV these behaviours can interact to make health problems caused by them even worse and develop more quickly. In this session specialist Health Trainer Charles Dewa will give a comprehensive session on the topic as well as advise on options for those who want to quit smoking or reduce their alcohol intake

Do you struggle to manage your money? Do you often find yourself in debt?
If so, then our Money Management Workshop will be able to help. This workshop will focus on managing a budget, dealing with debt and helping you to find sources of help that are available. This free workshop is a chance to learn about managing money in a safe confidential space.
