Posted on: December 20 2016, 11:30 am

Merry Christmas everyone, hope you all have a great time or just a well-earned rest!

In January Terrence Higgins Trust are launching a report looking at the first generation growing older with HIV its based on the findings from our peer-led research, and provides recommendations to health care professionals, the government and HIV organisations on how they can support people aged 50 and over living with HIV.

Were keen to ensure that real people people living with HIV aged 50 and over are part of the report launch and press and media plans to raise awareness amongst the public.

Would you be up for getting involved?

Were looking for people aged 50 and over living with HIV to be photographed for the report and share their experience of growing older with HIV for media work. If you are interested in being a part of the report launch and sharing your real story, wed love to hear from you!

Please contact Victoria from our Communications team on press@tht.org.uk or 020 7812 1623.

Were hosting a photoshoot and a chance to meet our Communications team to hear more about sharing your story on Saturday 7 January between 10am and 3pm at our office on Grays Inn Road in London, so please do let us know if you can come along and get involved with preparing for the report launch.

Dont worry if youre not in London if you're up for sharing your story with the media we still want to hear from you.

If you have any queries or questions please do not hesitate to contact Victoria.
