Staying well and healthy - for men over 50 living with HIV in London

                      A workshop exclusively for men or male identified at birth and over 50 living with HIV in London

Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 February 10am Ė 3pm at Terrence Higgins Trust, London. Lunch and refreshments provided and itís free to attend

This two day workshop will look at the specific health issues and risks associated with ageing with HIV, consider the general health implications for men as they get older and the things you should be aware of, what to look out for and how best to maintain your physical and emotional wellbeing. Itíll also cover what to expect from your clinic and GP and the right questions to ask when youíre there. The focus is on you being in charge of your own health.
This will be a safe space to enable you to talk openly about health matters that are important to you with lots of time for discussion and questions.
