Terrence Higgins Trust would like to invite people living with HIV aged 50 or over in London to the following events during February and March.  All events are free of charge.

Cinema Club : Every Wednesday 12.30pm, Regent Street Cinema
Join us for an afternoon of Silver Surfing enjoying  classic movies at this beautiful Art Deco Cinema.

Walking Group :  Every Friday 1.30pm, King’s Cross
We’re getting out and about this year with some gentle walking around the locality ending with some tea and cake.

Tai Chi : Every Monday starting 5th February 6pm, King’s Cross
Our wonderful instructor Heron is back for a weekly hour long session of Tai Chi.

Orchids Festival at Kew: Saturday 3rd March 1pm,  Kew Gardens
Join us for a celebration of Thailand's vibrant plant life and culture at Kew's Orchids Festival.

Welfare Benefits Update : Friday 9th March 2pm, King’s Cross
Offering the latest advice and information about Employment Support Allowance (ESA).

Wellbeing Day : Wednesday 14th March 10am – 3pm, King’s Cross
Join us for an informative day of talks and workshops designed to help you manage your physical and mental
wellbeing and get the most from your healthcare. 

Treatment Update : Tuesday 20th March 6pm, King’s Cross
The latest anti-retroviral treatment (ART) information and updates from Terrence Higgins Trust and Aidsmap.
