Dear Colleagues,

Id be very grateful if you could share the information about the Positive Stories Project within your networks, this is a great opportunity to become a published author and workshops are available for people living with HIV. The Book itself, is open to submissions from everyone living with and at risk of HIV in Scotland.

Share Your Story, Become a Published Author - FREE Creative Writing Workshops for people living with HIV

The Positive Stories Project aims to use creative writing and expression to challenge HIV stigma. The project consists of a series of creative writing workshops hosted by professional writers for individuals living with HIV held throughout the summer 2018.

The workshops will introduce participants to a range of writing forms, including poetry, prose and narrative essay, as well as techniques, advice and a safe space to share their stories.

Our first workshop will be held at HIV Scotland on Saturday, 9 June 12:30 - 2 PM and is FREE with lunch included. The workshop will be led by Edinburgh poet and performer and University of Glasgow creative writing tutor Colin Herd (https://www.colinherd.com/).

Sign up via Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/events/202684280364438/ or Eventbrite: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/positive-stories-creative-writing-workshop-with-colin-herd-tickets-46611728936
