Buttons and features, and what they do

Shows new messages have been posted since your last visit.

Use the symbol to sort messages on the message index. The Column header often does this too.

Use the symbol to send a personal message to a member. This appears in several places – on their messages, on the member’s list.

To start a new subject use the button.

To reply to an existing message use the button.

The button lets you start/stop being emailed new messages added to a subject.

The button reformats a subject to print in black and white.

The button lets you email a freind a link to the subject.

The button lets you add an event to the calendar.

If you want to link an exisiting message to the calendar use the button.

There’s a useful section at the bottom of the message boards homepage with links to the member’s list, your personal messages, news and recent messages.
